Kevin Nishmas
Managing Editor of The Wealthy Gigster
Who I Am
I’m a personal finance writer, content editor and content strategist with 20+ years of experience helping individuals, families and business owners make smarter money decisions.
My background spans banking, investing, insurance, credit education and digital publishing, which means I’ve spent a long time translating complicated financial stuff into something real people can actually use.
What I Do
I’ve written for major financial brands, like Manulife, Forbes and many fintech platforms, building content that teaches, reassures and gives readers the confidence to take the next smart step with their money.
I review products, break down rules, test tools and explain the things most people wish someone would just say plainly.
Why We’re Here
I’m also a gig worker myself. A gigster. I live the same unpredictable income life my readers do. Every budgeting trick, every tool, every system I recommend is something I’ve used, stress-tested and refined through every rollercoaster pay cycle.
I created The Wealthy Gigster to help other gig workers earn more, plan better, build credit, protect their income and grow long-term wealth without the usual sugarcoating. Because let’s be honest, traditional personal finance sites talk about gig workers, not to us. We pretty much have to help each other.
How I Work
Whether I’m reviewing products, road-testing tools or turning financial jargon into something a real human can understand, my goal is simple: make money management clear and actually useful for gig workers.
Everything I write comes from in-depth research, two decades of writing about money and living the gig life myself. Because someone has to deliver the money advice no one else bothers giving gig workers.
How This Helps You
At the end of the day, everything I write comes down to one thing: making your financial life easier and richer. If you’re hustling between gigs, juggling invoices or trying to live on irregular income, my goal is to give you tools that actually work in the messiness of gig life.
No BS. No lectures. No generic, old-school advice. Just practical, tested guidance from someone who’s in the same trenches you are.
